@ulinder I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, this issue is on the Pixelfed side, and there’s no reliable workaround I can implement in the Impressia client. I also can’t say when the Pixelfed team will be able to address it - it seems they currently have higher-priority tasks 🥺.

@dansup @ulinder @pixelfed @antti This is definitely an issue on Pixelfed’s side. I checked, and after disabling 2FA, everything works correctly. So, something is broken in Pixelfed when 2FA is enabled (just like you mentioned on Discord).

@antti Yes, this issue appeared a few days ago, and I haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause. I can log in correctly to some instances like pxlmo.com or metapixl.com, but logging into pixelfed.social doesn’t work. I haven’t touched this part of the code in a very long time, so something must have changed on Pixelfed’s side. For some reason, it redirects to the homepage instead of closing the window. @dansup help is needed here 🤔.

@dansup I didn’t help? I reported bugs on GitHub. I explained how to reproduce them. I checked if they were fixed. I even wrote a proposal on how to implement new features on Discord (EXIF). And now you’re saying I did nothing?

My dear friends, I don’t know what to do now. I created Vernissage for Pixelfed because I believed this platform would become my new home for photos. Unfortunately, the number of bugs and the slow pace of development led me to create my own platform, and the former Vernissage became Imperssia. I didn’t want to leave you without this app. But what should I do now? I have never insulted anyone, yet I’m being called a weirdo.
