Just dealth with 'Kodee' at Hostinger's helpdesk, and it had me cautiously addressing it just in case it was really a person. Very smart. Only when it couldn't move to direct action (delete a stuck stage in a process) that I decided it really was a robot, and requested (ever so politely) that it "kindly escalate to a human agent" 😀
