Un truc beaucoup plus drôle, c'est que les universitaires chinois l'ont mis sous license libre :)), donc comme le model d'OpenAI était de vendre un truc opaque pas accessible, patatra, tout le monde peut installer un truc plus efficace sur sa machine, que tout le monde va faire progresser sans vouloir par la même voler les données de tous les utilisateurs :).

Bah, c'est comme pour Huawei, ils sont devenus les téléphones les plus vendus devant Apple et Sasmung, paf ban.
Maintenant c'est Sophgo qui à sorti un Soc RISC-V équipé d'un processeur matriciel T-Head (ils ont offert les specs à la communauté RISC-V/internationale), en plus d'avoir été premiers à implémenté le processeur vectoriel qui déménage déjà. Matriciel => un registre-tile permettant de mémoriser une matrice et de l'appliquer à une autre matrice si pas trop grosse ou à un paquet de vecteurs en ram via une boucle (comme avec le processeur vectoriel). Le gain d'efficacité est énorme.
Et là, paf, Sophgo est banni par les US, soit disant pour avoir fourni à Huawei la production de puces dans leur nouveau phones (qui sont de nouvaux les plus performants du marché au passage).

But since 1 or 2 month all their stock prices go down, meaning, the bubble popped, maybe related to publication of Chinese paper, 2 month ago, but not sure. It looks like a Ponzi thing for investors.... And so much people that want to close all AI things pushed by big compnanies things (search engines, reedit, number of empty text articles on so much websites) due to bad results.

At this time we already know it will fail, as the place were the event took place, was full of greenwashing oil etc... companies, making promotion of WTF useless greenwashing things and carbon tax exchanges. That's like if it was in Saudia ^^. (what?)
At the same time scientists and independent journalists was blocked to enter in.
That was just a pure bullshit of the Parti socialiste, at the time Macron was at the finance ministry for this party. Parti socialiste is just a bunch of neo-liberals, that took "socialist" name, that's also sometime called "sociodemocrat" that as nothing socialist nor democratic at all)...
