@ryanc Like HMRC have whole secret departments for dealing with trans people’s gender changes, surely it would be easier not to handle it at all!

@ryanc Apropos this, my employer recently forced me to choose a binary option in HR systems as that sends it to HMRC for payroll, and they only expect “M” or “F”.
As you say there is now literally no reason for them to need this.

@ryanc Very shiny! Are they gel or regular polish? I haven’t been able to find a really chrome-like finish with the latter.
