@ILoveAmericaNews yeah, amazing how many idiots dumped real cash into the game to "win". The last 3 years I played, I never paid a single penny. You could buy "plex" in the game with the in-game currency "isk". You could then convert the plex into game time. You could also buy plex with real money and sell ingame for isk.

I had a mining corporation that had 3 toons. I'd mine/mission/manufacture with all 3 for about an hour a day and make enough isk that I never paid the $15 a month.

@ILoveAmericaNews I played EvE for about 4 years back in the mid 2k. That is TRULY a fucked up game, once you get past the game play and dip into the meta aspect. I dropped off when I realized how badly the in game paranoia and mistrust of the players was screwing my real world perceptions of business, politics and created a deep mistrust of strangers who pose as acquaintances but are there to rob you blind. In many ways, that's why NA.S is so comfortable to me.

Good news. Only question i have is, HOW are they getting deported? And how is it getting paid for? We taxpayers already paid big $$$ for planes and busses to get them in... a million+ deportees means a lot of seats and that will also take a shitload of time. And where do they get held in the meantime? Im all for booting them.out but the logistics and expense arent being explained. THIS is something that really needs to be discussed
