@killyourfm What's your opinion on DebIan btw? :)
I've lately (okay, time flies fast, it's been half a year) tried DebIan 12 with KDE and it actually seemed both comfortable and up to date (which is saying a lot, considering I daily drive Arch :D)

@killyourfm As for the DSLR recommendation that you asked for - you might not even want one. An iPhone makes good-looking pictures by default, whereas shooting the same photos on a DSLR requires more skill/effort. There are also very good mirrorless cameras on the market (e.g. sony alpha 7)
