Mainstream Marxists like Anton Pannekoek were discarded and forgotten. Here is one of his thoughts on Darwinism. Again Marxist's rhetoric is very confusing on how about the lumpenproletariat fits into all of this.

Radical thinking, it often lacks nuances, and this is not intelligent to me. Marx and communism overshadowed many other socialist thinkers, such as William Morris, to name one. As a skilled craftman, he helped win acceptance of socialism in Great Britain. There are always alternatives to anger and violence.

I am very skeptical about Atheists and atheist ideas. Especially the reasons behind atheist ideas, as it makes it an ideology if used socially to subdue others, rather than a philosophy, a philosophy amongst many other philosophies. Many atheists online do not propose anything but critics which is interesting to an extent, but not fullfilling in terms of way of living in my humble opinion.

His scientific work has been used in the past by Eugenists to support biased ideas. His theory, because that's all it is in science, has many flaws (irreducible complexity). Sadly, science is used as a pseudo-religion, especially online, maybe to due to the lack of spirituality or group/community zeitgeist/sense.
