even the indigenous people at the search site said “we were scared shitless” so yeah i think i’m on the right side of this issue

i’m watching the lost children documentary on netflix and man the jungle is so intense. it will swallow you entirely and every step can kill you in six different ways. this is why i’m afraid of nature.

@ossobuffo sadly the pressure require to wear out the wooden part of the pencil would obliterate the soft charcoal inside, but some people do use it to get a very fine point!

@tef i’ve tried a few but i’ve had no luck. i have an electrical one for normal pencils and it’s great!

@amanda i’ve tried scissors but they’re not sharp enough. the xacto is a good idea!

@zzz sometimes just to find a cheap knife is like a day of looking!
