@oleksandr I was also surprised by the short lifespan. I'm not sure what happened. I was in a meeting, everything was working just fine and then I started hearing a loud hiss on my right side. The meeting ended and the hiss continued. I played a music, still there. Turn NC off, still there. Power off/on, still there. Connected to a new device, still there.

The headphone works, but I can't stand the hiss on my right ear.
