I hate it when people lump in all the AI upscaling with the other shortcuts used in rendering 3D.

Those shortcuts have a physical or technical motivation. Someone realized "hey you can skip these steps if you just do this". DLSS/framegen/FST/etc aren't like that at all.

@kaia C’mon, flooding Germany would take waaaay too much paperwork and bureaucracy. Stuttgart still hasn’t fixed their train station, and spent like a year fighting over a few trees. Do you really think you can flood the entire country?
