I've got no idea how secure the signal server *really* is.
What I know : it's likely there are powerful people trying to get into that one. And I pretty sure my small server isn't under that observation and fire.

That's a reason to be for more "Bürger Energie" windparks. Let the locals profit from it by funding it and then get the money. Whwlere that is done, people suddenly love the turbines. With 15% interest a year...
It's only bad and ugly if some company builds it near your home. Not if you do it "yourself" and I can understand that. Getting nothing in return for it beeing build there seems unfair.

Who send that message?
XMPP is resistant against Sender spoofing. If the message came from the known admin / service address or from the address of the server itself, it is legit. If not... Then maybe not.

🧵(1/2) Was mich nerft bei dieser Debatte um #Solingen, dass selbst eine Zeitung wie #DieZeit von #Staatsversagen spricht, dass ein Einzelgänger mit einem Messer Menschen ermorden konnte. Das wird immer möglich bleiben, solange wir in einer annäherend freien Gesellschaft leben! Alles was jetzt debattiert wird ist mal wieder Aktionismus und wird *nicht* dafür sorgen, dass sich jemand radikalisieren kann und irgendwo jemanden tötet.
