@yogthos I'm more interested in how they bound imei to location. As it in itself can at best only be used as a "short term" personal identifier (until phone change). Nothing to do with location.

@prahou first thinkpad yoga series so more than 10 year old. Born in servitude but freed and joined the penguin army. Now serving out it's pension with puffy. Very scratched and worn, but loved.
