@jeffowski You are aware Russia and Georgia are different countries with guarded borders between them and any European neighbors? Different laws? There’s no country in Europe with gun laws comparable to the US?

Mass shootings are - despite the CNN article you mentioned - not common in Europe. That’s all I wanted to say. I’m all for learning first aid and being g able to help, but in Europe this would mean preparing for traffic accidents or heart attacks.
