This is a stupid idea.

It's assuming we can get rid of the Citizens United ruling. Which I'm all for. But I am also realistic that that isn't going to happen.

If we could, why wouldn't we just get rid of the electoral college, and let everyone's vote actually counts.

This is a great example of someone just needing to write something, so they our time with a silly idea.
