Phew! The crossposting from Pika to Mastodon using @echofeed worked without crossposting the last ten posts.
I cannot praise Echofeed enough. So simple to use yet so powerful.

If you’re really concerned about your employers using H1Bs to bind “Indians in servitude” and deny “good honest Americans” jobs then you ought to sue your employers. Go ahead. We’ll wait.
BTW if you really wanted to end “illegal immigration”, you would jail every business owner who hires them.
@skinnylatte the most disappointing have been reactions like, I work with plenty of these H1-Bs who are wonderful and even my friends but I’m sure there are Americans out there who could’ve done their job. I’m like WTF!
@skinnylatte Ha! Now that would've been something.
@skinnylatte WHOA! Was lol part of the footnote?
@skinnylatte Saw that on my LinkedIn too. What did he say?
> “A lie is a lie even if everyone believes it. The truth is the truth even if nobody believes it.”
― David Stevens.
Something to keep in mind in these times.
@skinnylatte This may be a hottake, but I consider Wipro, Infosys, and Cognizant as body shopping firms. They exist mostly to transfer Indian employees to the U.S. for on-site work. I haven't met a single Indian IT guy who came to the U.S. to work for these companies and stay with them for more than a year.
The French banded together in three weeks to beat the ultra-right fascists. We have 3.5 months. There is no excuse now.
I live in Austin. I typically post photos and post personal and work-related updates, especially travel. I offer my opinions on Internet trends and media, talk about TV and movies I watch, share books I read or want to read, rant on right-wing politics, and advocate for inclusion and diversity in all facets of life.
