@BeAware It seems like it’s much more common than I thought! Apparently, some 30-50% of people have no “inner voice,” and some have neither an inner voice nor “inner visualization.”

I can’t imagine having a quiet mind lol. My ADHD refuses to allow it.

I just read that there is a large percentage of people who do not have an inner monologue, and I am now baffled.
