Day 5 of no junkfood with the exception of a Root Beer while watching football on Sunday. I also made it to the gym the past two days to do 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'm on my way to getting back into shape and losing this weight, and lowering my BP.
I will have one cheat day in Dec when I go to Vegas and have a steak dinner and dessert and an Irish coffee.

I moved out of NYC in late June, but I haven't been down there in over 25 years. I used to head down there with friends to hit the record shops to pick up imports or bootlegs, and maybe some band t-shirts. Last time I was there it was all nail places and shoe stores

Yup, I had a nice drive from the Bronx, to New Rochelle, to Larchmont, to Scarsdale, to Yonkers, and then back home.
Got the vehicle cleaned and then opened the sunroof to let the sunshine in
