Remember that one time that 'Zucker' called people dumb f***s for trusting him with their data? It was leaked and then discovered around 2018 but this was actually his mindset on it since 2004 since this was when he written it to his college friend.

@icedquinn@blob.cat @Alex@boymilk.cafe As much as I believe in fan games, Nintendo sadly has the trademark and copyright protection legally for their franchises.

Advice I would offer for fan game makers is to make games that are like Pokemon, but aren't using the trademarks and copyrighted characters.

OR another thing you could do is go for creative Commons web comics like Pepper and Carrot and make fan games for free and legally with the creative Commons licencing.
