basically, another trans person will understand their situation and more or less know what to do it's very very unlikely that another trans person will be hostile to them

also being excluded from the general society makes them more likely to meet and bond deeply with other trans people than with "normal" people

also chasers are gross they see trans people as a fetish, as a toy the idea of a chaser is kinda hot but no one(afaik) likes chasers idk do you think a trans girl would rather be with a chaser or with another tgirl?

but let's think about your case, you aren't a chaser but still, these people usually are extremely traumatized, their self perception is fucked bla bla bla that's a massive barrier to overcome to trust you, let alone being in a relationship with you and let's not mention self esteem problems imposter's syndrome etc etc and all of that is something that you gotta understand and make her feel comfortable doable but certainly not easy

way way easier if they tgirl (or tboy? you're interested in is in a good mental and life position in general, the ones you'll find on fedi usually arent
