about 350 MG . but just buy an off the shelf supplement and take one a day.
my advice is based though on a normal adult male with no underlying conditions or drug issues. if you are female take less and if you have drug issues or health problems then get to the bottom of those first. diabetes can affect sleep and even pot smoking can ruin your sleep patterns.
lols no . do be careful with magnesium because it can be stored in body fat, leading to vitamin poisoning. water soluble vitamins you just piss out if you take too much. fat soluble vitamins will build up in body fats and you don't want that.
take 300 daily and slow down when your sleep improves.
i also recommend bed time stories. find a you tuber with a monotone voice that reads dull audio books and fall asleep to that.
ok well that's helpful information. i think magnesium really would help you and failing that, you could look into getting an anti depressant called mirtazapine it has a side affect of promoting deep dream laden sleep. however the kicker is increased appetite. you would have to decide if it's right for you. it worked for me and i've had lifelong sleep problems. you would have to talk to a GP to get it prescribed.
why should we give a fuck ? why would a grown man seek to hide until he was able to ape the opinions of others. why should we care if we offend your delicate sensibilities.
you work with wood yes ? would you ask wood to not give you the odd splinter ?
perhaps i labor under a misinterpretation. perhaps your woodshop is related to something other than carpentry.
thanks for your support gimli. it's not ill placed because i am and englishman in england. sadly i won't say more because, we don't have freedom of speech. the recent arrest and two year sentence of sam melia for stickers are just the latest example.
Eurovision controversy and disqualification Klein performed in the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest's second Semi-final and was scheduled to enter the Grand Final with the entry "Europapa". However, it was announced that Klein had stopped all further rehearsals until further notice due to an incident. On 11 May 2024, the day of the final, it was announced that Klein had been disqualified from the Eurovision over alleged verbal threats to a female production worker.[18]
The night before the Grand Final, Klein was spotted in a hotel, appearing distressed and ignoring paparazzi. This may be attributed to a moment in the 2nd-Semi Final press conference the same day, where Joost said "Why not?" after a staff said the Israeli entry was not compelled to answer the controversial question if she (Israeli singer) thought that she (Israeli singer) being there endangeres others (Due to terror threats againt her).[19]
