@spacehost_help @reiver The one located here https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-htaccess-editor/ is what I've been looking at, it just interfaces with whatever file is there if there is one, they're throwing this notice on top of what I assume is just a first-time notification, a writable/restorable .htaccess on the dashboard in the case of a typo would fix this I think.

@reiver Some plugins on WordPress return errors for a missing and/or unwritable .htaccess file, it'd be nice to have a writable/restorable .htaccess file on installs of WordPress at SpaceHost.
