    We've reverted themes to default for all the users on the instance. We agree that you try these themes on new test accounts as these themes are not being maintained by friendica and probably have issues.

    Could you try doing a hard refresh on your browser? Alternatively, you could try accessing your instance on a different browser to see if it loads correctly there.

    If it’s still showing a blank screen, we can revert the theme back to the default for you. Just let us know, and we’ll get it sorted.

    We’ve made some adjustments to optimize your server’s PHP configuration for better memory usage and also increased the swap memory file size. This should help with the Out of Memory (OOM) issues you’ve been experiencing.

    In the meantime, we’re also exploring any permanent solutions that might prevent these memory issues without needing to scale up the hardware.

    If you notice any improvement or ongoing issues, please feel free to let us know!

    However, we’re noticing some Out of Memory (OOM) issues on your server that are causing processes to stop. This typically doesn’t happen on a new server, so we’re curious—are there any specific activities you’re running that might be putting extra load on the system?

    This means the server will remain unavailable until the migration is fully complete, so any activity during that period will be on pause to keep everything synced up perfectly.

    Here’s how it works: we’ll provide you with all the necessary files, plus a complete database dump that you can pass along to your new hosting provider to set up your Sharkey server smoothly. To make sure no data gets lost during the transition, we’ll briefly shut down your server before taking the backup, which will prevent any changes to its state while the migration is in process.
