   heyyo we'd like to migrate to a different managed hosting provider on the sharkey instance at cyberpunk.gay what's the like procedure for that? can y'all give us all the necessary files and such? i tried emailing support@spacehost.one but the email got returned to sender

     Here’s how it works: we’ll provide you with all the necessary files, plus a complete database dump that you can pass along to your new hosting provider to set up your Sharkey server smoothly. To make sure no data gets lost during the transition, we’ll briefly shut down your server before taking the backup, which will prevent any changes to its state while the migration is in process.

     This means the server will remain unavailable until the migration is fully complete, so any activity during that period will be on pause to keep everything synced up perfectly.

     Hello. The files will be in GB which will be too large to share as an attachment. We will have to save on drive and share the link with you.
     Kindly also note that your server will be down for about an hour while the process is ongoing. We intend to start this in the next two hours.
     Can you kindly confirm the hosting provider you are moving to?

     @spacehost_help @spacehost we're just gonna be hosting it on our own VPS not another managed hosting provider. the thingy we chose was lyratris. and thank you so much!!!
