@HistoPol @EU_Commission I do understand the point, but we can apply this "consumption", "lobby" and "pollution" to any old fridge or appliance, this not address the main question... why Europe export at low cost (even in a costly way) olds cars to others countries... does it stop to produce polution outside EU?

@EU_Commission yeah great idea, why EU is throwing (exporting at very low cost) banned old cars then?
