This year's reading challenge is done and dusted. Everything from here on out is gravy. :)

Today on my morning constitutional, I encountered a terrible sight. A single-use grill had been thrown into the trash and melted the trash can. My forever opinion is that single-use grills (engangsgrill) should be outlawed in Norway.

The worst part is that this particular trash can is right next to a pollinator park that's been installed to provide habitat for native bees.

To my knowledge, only the green party is against engangsgriller. Maybe I should vote for them next time

Yep. We've done the 21k twice and wanted to challenge ourselves with the 31k.

Never a good feeling when you sit down with the physiotherapist to get the interpretation from your MRI and he says "I've never seen anything like this before." 😔

In related news, absolutely no strength training in the arms until mid-June. Luckily, he's cleared me to continue running (a bit, but no long runs).

Looks like my plan for the 31k trail run in May just went down the toilet.
