I've actually never used Arch, I use un-customised vanilla Ubuntu with the default Gnome theme and Gnome Terminal.
It does everything I need

I made this short video for a Vtuber competition this week, it came out really nice using Kdenlive for video editing and LibreOffice for the presentation.
Be warned this video is extremely loud and is degenerate in ways I cannot describe.
