I made this short video for a Vtuber competition this week, it came out really nice using Kdenlive for video editing and LibreOffice for the presentation.
Be warned this video is extremely loud and is degenerate in ways I cannot describe.

1. A presentation discussing a "magical device that helps vtubers tell the time". The slides are read aloud using TTS. The start and end of the presentation are a zoomed in video of Windows XP in a virtual machine where Notepad is used to write messages to the viewer, in the style of old tutorial video son Youtube. At the same time Dreamscape is playing which is an old song frequently used on old tutorial videos.
