Oh right yeah this was actually an awful interaction. It was a Dutch couple and it was very obvious that they were not there as an appreciator of the arts such as myself. They were just kinda there pointing at stuff and being all like "lol japan weird xd".

At some point I walked up to them and I'm not exactly sure what I said in Dutch but it came down to like "I can understand everything you're saying and I'm just trying to shop here normally".

They ended up buying a single tentacle doujin as a "haha funny" souvenir and quickly left the store after that.
