@feorlen@mekkaokereke I find that infuriating because of the underlying assumption that we're not supposed to care about things that don't directly affect us. That's why I still hate the revised meme about intervening when things don't affect us because they will eventually come for us. No, we intervene about things that don't directly affect us because we should be decent human beings concerned about other human beings.

Favorite film I saw recently is #FlowMovie . Animated, no human dialogue, just animal and nature sounds. Loved it.
