    @CloudyMrs Mountain bike SPDs are walkable in. Got a set on my road and fat bikes. The cleat is within the sole not sticking out. I just went into my local bike shop and they had all the gear to set me up.
    Makes a difference to me. Cycling with flat pedals feels weird and not as efficient. But then I'm old and had toe-clips and straps since a teenager.
