I took the game for a spin and enjoyed it!

I'm a lead developer of HTML5 educational games for sites like mathsnacks.com, so of course I really liked seeing a cool math game that's fun to play!

Looks to me like your son's got the aptitude, interest, and skill to be a game developer. I hope he pursues it and enjoys making more games!

Our studio runs a blog about educational games, including math games. Would you mind if we write a blog post about the game and link to it?

Wow. So did the teacher exempt himself from having to pay for stuff, or was he willing to subject HIMSELF to the free market forces at play, too?

OpenAI claims it is "impossible" to create AI tools like ChatGPT without copyrighted material.

That's a lie.

Sure, it might be *expensive* to create them, perhaps even prohibitively so for their particular financial situation, because they need to legally acquire said copyrighted materials.

But it is not at all "impossible".

Just like the rest of us, if you can't figure out how to pay for it, you can't just steal it, even if you're planning on making something useful with it.
