A.gup.pe groups don't have an actual admin, nobody controls who toots with that handle.
They are more like hashtags - you can't control who uses a hashtag either.

Very nice article if you want to get a first idea about different sheep breeds and how their wool differs.
I've never used down / down type fiber. I'll try to get my hands on some of it.
