@c401mh3@tech.lgbt LinuxFromScratch is just Gentoo with unnecessary steps. Gentoo also officially supports systemd too. But it's also trivial to add arbitrary patches to any package in portage. I run Gentoo + OpenRC on my personal laptop, work laptop, and desktop. (And Gentoo + systemd on old work laptop... which I should probably update)

@aral@mastodon.ar.al @arkd@mastodon.design I am not entirely surprised or necessarily opposed to a good screen reader costing money. It's basically a medical device, and those cost money to create. What would make a lot of sense, and maybe is done some places, is to subsidize it via prescription.
