今日は初めてモロッコ料理の「ザアルーク」を作ってみました。適切なスパイス（パプリカ、コリアンダー）が足りなっかからやはり普通のりラタトゥイユと同じ味しました。
それでもソースの中にポーチドエッグを作るだけ美味しかったです。
次回はちゃんとスパイスを揃えた上にチャレンジします。
Today I tried to make a Moroccan "Zaaluk" for the first time. Due to the lack of proper spice (paprika, coriander) It tasted like a regular ratatouille.
Still I enjoyed making poached eggs in the sauce.
Next time, I'll make sure to gather all the spices before trying again.

@Rachel_Thorn I'm sorry to hear that. Havent tried the new interface yet but I wonder if there is a way to follow hashtags while keeping a less dense interface.
Do you know if there is any way to reduce the number of columns displayed on screen, for example?
