Went to a super lovely urban sketching event today in Nuremberg. They invited people from other cities and there were even some international visitors.

But honestly, sketching architecture is so new to me, that I feel mediocre at best. Also... I still can't find my travel brushes since I moved. Will they improve what I do? I don't know... but here is what I managed to sketch today!

Every time I'm in the mood for something wholesome, I fill a page in my tiny sketchbook.

The pages show things I saw and liked enough to take a photo of. The date is the date it happened. The gorgeous summer landscape is the last I filled. Clearly I'm not in autumn yet... Let alone winter. But we'll get there.

It's a collection of tiny memories.

Painted this lovely fella from the community to test some hemp paper for watercolors. The video about the paper is online on the YT channel now. The kitties name is Canetti and the portrait has already arrived at the owners home and was reviewed by Canetti himself!

Just love to paint animals and see happy owners. :) Every one of them is so worthy to be painted.
