Day 9 of being more disciplined about my drinking.

Had two glasses of wine last night. It was tasty, and I enjoyed it, but made it a point not to overdo it.

Had a two-pound loss this week. I'm going to enjoy some wine today and tomorrow but keep things in check on the food side while staying active, and we'll see how a weekend of enjoying some alcohol impacts things.
