I normally like Grammar Girl, but I totally disagree with this. By all means, let's curtail our vocabulary so we can all contribute to the dumbing down of America. 🙄

When I write, I use the words I think are best suited to convey meaning and establish flow and rhythm. My own vocabulary grew with reading (which is why I sometimes mispronounce things, having learned a word in written context before hearing it spoken).

I'm not going to lie, I keep forgetting that Netflix even has gaming options. Still, it's not my go to for gaming. As for gaming subscriptions in general, I'm not a fan. I don't get through games quick enough for it to be of value to me. Still, this sucks for indies.

Vacation can't come soon enough. I am utterly exhausted and it's only Tuesday. Probably doesn't help that for the first half of my shift at work yesterday, I had to move so many boxes of well, crap. I mean that literally in the form of Cologuard. Were they having a sale or something?
