    @solidsanek it's so good, it's almost worth it just for that

    It also makes me a little sad that all the games are cross platform because it means Astro is out here doing awesome stuff with the controller abilities..... and most other PS5 games I've played have done nothing on that front. Begging people to just implement some fun sound design or rumble techiques or anything to their PS5 ports :cirno_cry: Astro's out here doing stuff I've only got to do on DS before.

    I have Astro Bot's Crash Site music playing in my head. Has been a while since I've had a piece where I can hear every instrument, but this is one!

    There's so much good music and sound in that game, it is a joy :jackal_lovebread:

    @solidsanek @CheetahFluff I have found one particular restaurant in this country that's actually run by a Japanese chef and it is high on the list of next place to try out soon.

    There might be more. If this is a success I will look for them. One day I'll have the time and money to go to Düsseldorf but not any time soon, so gotta get what I can here.

    I haven't been to Japan, but I have been to a few good restaurants in the US, and good sake is my favourite thing. Even mid sake is good.

    @solidsanek If I did that in summer I'd always wake up at like... 4am... ... ... I should really prioritise getting that sleep mask back, I'm already waking up at 5-6 accidentally, room is on the side where the sun comes up so it'll get really bad soon :blobcat_ohnoes:

    Hearing can do it too, but earplugs can be super annoying so I only do that if I absolutely need to.

    There's also a frustrating balance that sleep plays with ambient stress and physical exhaustion and I still haven't figured that one out :puppycat_flop:

    @solidsanek hmm, something that happens to me (because I haven't invested in blackout curtains and I've lost my sleep mask) is that I get woken up by light. And light does not care about where you are in REM :cirno_cry: You might have ruled that out already but thought I'd mention in case.

    Sleep is hard and I wish you lots of luck in figuring it out!

    @solidsanek There's something with REM cycles where you have to get full ones and if you wake up inbetween it feels worse than if you'd woken up a bit earlier

    6 hours is okay-ish for me, 7 is bad, 8 is good, 10 is overkill but when I get 10 I really /needed/ 10... something like that.

    @solidsanek I like black Ceylon tea with milk :jackal_lovebread: it has caffiene, and a good chunk of it, but not quiiiite as much as coffee so I can drink more of it with less worry :cat_cozylove:

    (Still need to be careful as I can easily drink litres of the stuff a day and that's not a good combo even without adding ADHD meds to the mix :cirno_heh: )

    Hey fedi! What are some Dutch or European alternatives to AWS?

    And does anyone have handy links to resources on Amazon's human rights violations?

    Got to give some pushback in a professional setting. (If you have experience doing so, please let me know!)

    I'll be spending some time researching this, but wanted to ask if people had already had experience.

    Let me know if there are better hashtags to add. And please do boost!
