@janbeta My FIL collects and repairs 50s old cars. When we visit them we chat about our hobbies (without really having passion for each other’s) but found out and laughed that its always same :D scalpers scalping, people saying that replacing that one original part that could kill you with something modern ruined it, etc. Tbh everyone who keeps the thing going in any form does great job. No one is ruining it.

i have a lot of "retro" PCs from what I consider golden era (saying that means I am retro too as for me this was 90s) that have dial-up modems. I also have phone wires to all rooms in my apartment and (now not) unused Grandstream ATA so I spent day off today setting up dialin ppp server on my #OpenWRT router already running #asterisk

@kayla_eilhart LOL presne, pamatuju si cislo baraku na sidlisti kde jsme bydleli, pevnou linku kterou nam zavadeli kdyz mi bylo 7 a pak ICQ. Pamatuju se jak jsem pimpil Mirandu pluginama a napsal svoje prvni DLL...
