   i have a lot of "retro" PCs from what I consider golden era (saying that means I am retro too as for me this was 90s) that have dial-up modems. I also have phone wires to all rooms in my apartment and (now not) unused Grandstream ATA so I spent day off today setting up dialin ppp server on my #OpenWRT router already running #asterisk

     up and running, serving 19.200kbps internet across our apartment. Verified using my trusty #palm iiie bought in ComputerCity Zlicin circa 1999
