      Three screen mode is a feature present in early versions of Doom that uses three networked computers together to play Doom in a "virtual reality" style. The monitors from the three computers are used to show the view of a single player from three different angles: straight ahead (normal view), a 90° offset to the left, and a 90° offset to the right. If the three monitors are arranged appropriately, the player then has a greatly expanded field of view.

    Juries out on stretching. I know some athletic people that don't do it and they seem fine. I do a little stretching myself but not everyday, only when my body is telling me to do it.

    I don't think stretching is the problem, is overexerting muscles without properly bringing them to the level where they can handle it. Case in point my dad decided to go all ham on the leg machines one night and he had trouble walking for a couple months. You have to ease into that that shit.
