@georgia this is true and honestly id argue that all good is a miracle in which case its super binding. in terms of visible signs no that is nit universally binding but it is holy. you can always generalize an activity to something that is binding, but if you reduce it to particularities then it becomes nonsense to make it binding. the point is that everyone is bound to honor God. it is not universally binding to do so particularly through the jewish law as it is not binding to do so particularly through visible signs.

there are cases where it should be done however which is why paul had a man get circumcised

@georgia but yeah, really really fucked up that it was ever done. lobotomy is a player given nickname for the surgery iron does but whatever it is isnt good. its not super clear what ted is like after iron does it to him, or the others before him for that matter. we dont ever see ted again after iron gets to him (and if we did, chief would probably just actually kill him. incredibly evil man). what is clear is that iron does this to particularly violent individuals to “cure society” of their violent tendencies. she could much more easily kill them and a lot of people die in the game. its not that. its not clear how far off from that it is either
