The constitution was meant to be a living, breathing document else there would have been no ability to amend it nor would there have been a Bill of Rights.

Strict constructionists aren’t really interested in the original intent of the framers. They want to interpret it in ways that conform to their religious sensibilities, anyone else’s be damned.

The man running this company was just voted a $45B pay package by his shareholders. Read it though. They claim they overpaid some employees significantly while the $45 Billion Dollar Man was running the show. Let me know when any of this makes sense.

Apparently Justice Alito does not understand the phrase, “the appearance of impropriety.”

It’s a pretty straightforward concept so, either a) he should return his law degree because he doesn’t understand a basic ethical question of law, or b) he’s a lying sack of shit.
