@icedquinn@blob.cat yep i got a cheap one, it's acceptable but it captures my keyboard typing too, so it needs another layer of noise cancelling on the software side

still better than the stock laptop mic, yet also allows me to use my usb dac without fnagling with the sound system/pipewire

underrated: using a vlogging mic with built in noise cancelling to have workable audio for when you're calling in a cafe or something
