     @gamer isn't it mostly looking up the names of the dependencies in the distro and then putting the typical configure/make/install destdir shenanigans in the end.
     
     that's like.. 90% of the package specs for any os

     @gamer i mean honestly if you just need to get shit done immediately, clock in to distrobox and load a supported distro and install your tool there. that's why we have it.
     
     otherwise... copy some random package like mousepad and tinker. tis what i've always done.
