@Edent @dansup the context of his post is i made a web app for his platform before he’s released his, in just a day or two making it functional, all while he’s still not open sourced it (which he’s required to do as he’s received funding on those terms) and keeps delaying every promise he makes.

he reiterated multiple times that the thought to shut down my 3rd party client was in his mind- “the thought crossed my mind to eliminate your access to the API”- just to hold that over my head. he tried to hire me to work officially on loops because of what i built, announced that prematurely before i had signed onto anything, only to block me when i criticised him joking about adding ads to the platform. but alright!

@dansup @cybertailor you absolutely have disrespected me, and i know there’s far better opportunities for me than this. i’m not working with you

spent a significant amount of time working on a loops client and was offered a position maintaining the official one, and am now blocked from all contact from loops’s developer over my position against in-app ads. please donate to me for the lost hours if you can :)

@dansup there was this really stupid MySpace clone in like 2020 or 2021 and it used GET requests for tons of endpoints for which there Absolutely Should Not Have, and I added a CSS background-image set to the endpoint to follow my account to my profiles theme. Was so funny how badly made that thing was. accurate to 2000s web security though lmao
