@jnv @thomasfuchs I had just moved to SF in 1998, was working onsite at Montgomery securities, after hours bs-ing with a contractor, playing tunes with mp3 files, and he showed me Google. 🤯 , It took some time for the general public to realize how good it was, just like it's taking some time now for everyone to realize how bad it is, but yeah something will come along and eat its lunch.
