Among them is @anneroth, one of the leading voices in the area of digital violence in Germany. I worked with her for years and could not hold her in higher regards.

Das Landgericht Berlin hält das Do-Not-Track-(DNT)-Signal in Browsern für einen wirksamen Widerspruch gegen Datenverarbeitung iSd DSGVO und untersagt LinkedIn Aussagen in den AGB, in denen es den Eindruck erweckt, es dürfte das DNT Signal ignoriert.

Das Urteil ist noch nicht rechtskräftig.

Wer die offen rassistische Abwertung von Menschen durch die FDP einordnen will, sei daran erinnert, welche Rolle der Wirtschaftsliberalismus auf dem Weg in den Faschismus spielte: Vor die Wahl gestellt, Eigentum und Markt gegen Forderungen nach politischer Gleichheit zu "verteidigen", haben Liberalen bereitwillig die Hilfe rechter Härte angenommen.

Es ist kein individuelles Versagen, sondern konsequentes Ergebnis einer Politik, die die politische der wirtschaftlichen Freiheit unterordnet.

Dear privacy and data protection experts,

if you are surprised by the recent ECJ judgement C-252/21 (#Meta ./. #BKartA) giving the "pay or be tracked" model its blessing I would like to remind you that effective privacy and data protection has always been a privilege of the wealthy.

Privacy and data protection have always been a class issue. What else do you expect in a class-based society?
