There are so many isekai, I haven't seen any of these yet, despite having watched a bunch.

Reincarnated as an undiscovered philosophical viewpoint, I wander the halls of academia looking for a victi.. I mean proponent.

I think some of the appeal of these weird isekai is the fun of seeing how they make an actual story out of it, if they manage to.
