As someone dealing with hallucinations and C-PTSD, meditation made me feel trapped in my trauma.
I don't know why but I've tried again a few times. I thought maybe I wasn't in the good mindset. It got worse.
If it makes you feel bad, please don't force it. It can seem like nothing harmful, but it really can be!
